On the night of June 14, 2008, three men left Bentonville, Arkansas in a rented white cargo van. According to friends and family, the trip was intended as a bachelor party for Noah Sullivan, who was scheduled to be married one week later.

The group consisted of:

  • Toby Anderson, the best man

  • Noah Sullivan, the groom-to-be

  • Connor Hayes, a close friend

They were last seen together shortly after sunset.

At approximately 10:00 PM, the van arrived at a rural gas station just outside city limits. Security footage confirms the vehicle pulling into the lot. What happens next is where the official record begins to fracture.

THE GAS STATION

Inside the gas station, employees later reported hearing a disturbance. When police arrived, they discovered Toby Anderson’s body inside one of the aisles.

The scene was described by investigators as “unlike anything previously encountered.”

  • Extensive blunt force trauma

  • Severe abdominal and spinal injuries

THE VAN
